Real estate is more than my business—it’s where I invest my own capital. I’m Juan Andres Arias with SERHANT., an investor with a real estate portfolio valued at over $1 million and experience closing over $25 million in transactions.

My background includes studying at Syracuse University, underwriting for a real estate developer, and working on the real estate side of banking—experience that shapes how I evaluate opportunities, assess risk, and negotiate for my clients today.
