These details are stored in a private website database to respond about your property and unlock the introduction video. This form does not enroll you in automated marketing calls or texts. A temporary essential cookie grants video access for 24 hours after a successful submission. The introduction form remains disabled until the video is available.

How we use information

We use your inquiry to respond to your request and provide real-estate services. If you separately opt in, we may send related updates using your selected contact permissions. Submitting an inquiry without checking the consent box does not enroll you in a text or marketing program. We may email a direct response to your inquiry.

No sale or third-party marketing

We do not sell personal information or phone numbers. We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information, SMS opt-in records, and consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Follow Up Boss receives website inquiries, contact details, form source and contact-permission records as our customer relationship management provider. The Meet Juan form also includes the submitted property address. Our hosting, email, customer relationship management, and messaging providers may process information only as needed to provide those services on our behalf. SMS consent records are accessible only to providers necessary to operate and document our messaging service, not for their independent use. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect rights and security.

Retention and security

We retain inquiries and consent records only as needed to handle your request, provide services, document permissions, and meet applicable obligations. Juan Andres Arias SMS program

  1. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at JUAN@SERHANT.COM.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
